Bookkeeper / Office Assistant
Bookkeeper/Office Assistant needed
Must have good phone and computer skills to deal with customers, PG&E and County Clerks
Quickbooks knowledge preferred for bookkeeping, invoicing, estimates etc.
Some job duties include:
- Answer phones
- Take service calls and process work orders in Quickbooks
- Help customers that come into the office
- Pick up mail & distribute, take outgoing mail to post office (will need reliable transportation)
- Order office supplies and keep track of supplies
- Type up estimates and invoices in Quickbooks
- Send out certificates of insurance and w9’s as needed
- Filing
- Keep up with company emails via Gmail
- Online purchases
- County permits and PG&E applications
- Spreadsheets via Excel and Documents via Word
These are the BASIC duties, this position will grow as you learn the way we operate. Must be ready to learn and take on more duties as needed.
