Responsibilities: *Oversee our agency's financial operations at multi locations *Lead and manage the Accounting and Personnel Depts. *Analyze, prepare budgets and be forward thinking *Build trust and be perceived as a committed Delarc team player *Ensure agency's compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations Qualifications: *BS in Accounting or Finance; or MBA. CPA a plus *10+ yrs in the role of Financial leader, Controller, and /or Senior Financial leader *Knowledge about OPWDD, SED & DOH strongly preferred *Possess creativity along with technical skills & good judgment *Financial knowledge of investments, accounting, financial law and risk management practices *Possess outstanding interpersonal skills with a flexible style and strong belief in our mission *Strong knowledge about the non-profit sector, preferably with a human service organization *Experience in RFP development, contract negotiation, and vendor management within a non-profit or public sector environment
