CGL Partners is looking for an Operations Research Analyst.

Location of Employment: San Diego, CA

Hours of Work Per Week: Full-time, 40 Hours, 5 Days

Salary: $85,259.00 per year

Job Duties: Analyze data from various business functions like marketing, HR, and expenses to spot trends and areas needing improvement. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness. Regularly monitor KPIs and track performance metrics to provide management with actionable insights for operations improvement. Prepare detailed reports and proposals to explain findings and offer advice on business management issues. Assess the technical skills and competencies needed in the IT industry. Evaluate current candidates' skills and potential hires against industry requirements. Analyze competitors' operational strategies, focusing on marketing and recruitment. Generate analysis reports for HR to optimize recruitment workflows and attract top IT talent.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education Requirement: Master's degree in economics or a closely related field.

Experience Requirement: Two years of work experience as a business operations analyst or in a closely related occupation within a talent acquisition firm specializing in hiring for the IT industry. Strong knowledge of human resources analysis, financial analysis, marketing analysis, and data modeling skills.
