Office Administrator
Glenwood Springs CPA Firm Seeking Office Administrator! The Office Administrator position is responsible for the overall management of the local office administrative activities, including administrative support employees’ management. This position works with the Principal in Charge of Local Office (PICOLO) and serves as the liaison between the other offices within the firm. This position also works closely with the Firm Administrator, making decisions with regard to administrative issues in the office. This person is responsible for coordinating supplies purchasing, approving invoices, assisting accounts receivable service charges, and overseeing local office records. This role will support the PICOLO while demonstrating support for Firm goals, objectives, and initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent experience) and at least four years of direct supervisory experience is preferred.
