Attorney - Assistant Legal Counsel
Seeking an attorney to serve as Assistant Legal Counsel for the United States Section, International Boundary & Water Commission (USIBWC) working on binational agreements with Mexico relating to Colorado River and Rio Grande River treaties, and ensuring compliance with other federal laws including Colorado River Law of the River, Clean Water Act, NEPA, ESA, GSA property and real property, contracts/FAR, personnel matters including MSPB and EEOC, Ethics, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), contracts and Privacy Act Programs.
