Primary Duties: Open and distribute company mail Prepare correspondence for President as requested Prepare Weekly Inventory Movement report Payroll Data Entry – processing of biweekly payroll. Accounts Payable Data Entry – processing of weekly accounts payable invoices Bank Reconciliation Accounts Receivable – Backup duties include Sales Order and Sales Order Invoice data entry, Credit Memo processing, entering new customers in system Monitor inventory levels of promotional literature and videos - reorder as needed. Calculate year-end rebates for select customers. Administer Lincoln’s health insurance program.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, associate in accounting a plus. Experienced in accounting, administrative, and clerical procedures. Experience in Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Payroll preferred. Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities. Strong computer skills - working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Sage software a plus. Variety of assignments as requested by management requires flexibility.
