Business Systems Analyst (San Diego, CA): Anlze & evaluate existing bus process, data flows & technology needs of various modules of the MedIntelli product. Anlze existing features of the healthcare s/ware systems & system specs & dsgn new changes to incorporate into the MedIntelli Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Product in accordance w/ new health care laws & global changes in health care processes. Anlze user reqrmnts of healthcare systems & define procedures to automate existing systems & their functionality. Define healthcare system capabilities & automate workflow & scheduling. Engage in data mapping of EDI transactions to integrate lab reports into MedIntelli. Work on the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) on Electronic Health Record (EHR) reporting methods for Medicare & Medicaid Electronic Health Records (EHR) Incentive prgms. Create BRD & FRD for new reqmts & functional changes is MedIntelli. Engage in unit/integration testing of the end-to-end EMR process & dvlp test cases. Implmt the eSignature feature in various modules of MedIntelli. Sort out the data processing reqmts & workflow to perf Statistical Analysis of health claims & patient data w/ user friendly reports. Revw & evaluate reports of Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs) for healthcare services provided by Eligible Professionals (EPs). Generate reports for Electronic Specifications for Clinical Quality Measures EPs & Eligible Hospitals for meaningful use criteria. Req: Master’s in Bus Admn or rel fld + 2 yrs of exp in sim duties/tech’l capabilities. Must be willing to travel &/or relocate to work in various unanticipated locations throughout the US.
