full-time Office Manager. The Penns Grove Sewerage Authority Is seeking a full-time Office Manager. Responsibilities: (1) Manage all financial operations of the administrative office, Including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Budget, and Payroll; (2) Manage escrow accounts, notes and bonds, etc., (3) Record and produce minutes of the Authority's meetings; (4) Communicate with various professionals who do work for the Authority and with local,' state and regional agencies; (5) Prepare reports as needed; (6) Receive and post payments at the window from the public. Must have at least three (3) years of experience In office administration; Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. Proficiency In using MS Office Is mandatory and experience with the Edmunds Software System Is a plus. Excellent communication skills are required.
