Wal-Mart is seeking a Senior Manager I, Finance in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to driving execution of multiple bus. plans & proj's by identifying customer & operational needs; dvlp'g & communicating bus. plans & priorities. Master's or equiv in Fin., Accnt'g, or rel. fld + 1 yr of exp in fin., accnt'g, or rel. fld; OR Bachelor's or equiv in Fin., Accnt'g, or rel. fld + 3 yrs of exp in fin., accnt'g, or rel. fld. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Fin'l Analysis & Reporting: Providing fin. support for routine, adhoc, or daily reporting needs of bus.; Decision Support: Bld'g bus. cases & fin'l model that drives decision making on key initiatives for Sourcing such as procurement from global Countries of Excellence, rate card for srvcs etc.; Data Modeling: working w/lrg datasets incl fin'l & operational data & providing insights from data to sr leadership, incl global economic or operational info.
