Grant Post Award Administrator
The Grant Post Award Administrator, as part of the administration team, assists researchers and
administration with the management of grants and agreements awarded from different funding
agencies. This position is responsible for assisting researchers with budget management to comply with
WSU and funding agency policies, preparing various financial reports and related post-award paperwork,
compiling and tracking grants/awards data, and maintaining award and agreement records. This position
will interact consistently with researchers, the administrative team, other grant-related departments
and personnel, and the IAREC Director.
Salary: $3,446 - $3,887 per month DOE.

Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, which must include 18 quarter or 12 semester hours in accounting, auditing, or budgeting and one year of relevant professional experience; OR equivalent education/experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word)
Work location will be Prosser, WA.
